COOP., with registered office in Urarte kalea 26, 20570 Bergara (Gipuzkoa), Spain, TIN F-20617635, registered in the Registry of Cooperative Societies, page 632, entry 20, protocol No. 2080, is the proprietor of (hereinafter referred to as ‘COLUMBUS ONLINE STORE’), made available to all the users who want to buy the items offered by said cooperative on the Internet and delivered to the indicated address.


This General Terms and Conditions shall apply to all business between WINGROUP, S. COOP. and the users/customers buying the products offered by said cooperative at COLUMBUS ONLINE STORE.

They were drafted in accordance with the following laws and regulations:

• Law 7/1998, on General Purchase Terms.

WINGROUP, S. COOP. may, at any time, and without prior notice, change this General Purchase Terms or the relevant special terms and conditions, publishing their updated versions on the website of COLUMBUS ONLINE STORE for customers to read.


WINGROUP, S. COOP. informs users that the shopping process at COLUMBUS ONLINE STORE is fully described in these General Purchase Terms, available in the section called ‘SHOPPING GUIDE’.

In addition, users/customers can read the General Terms of Use of this website under ‘Legal Notice’, which can be accessed through the link in the Website’s main page or home page. The user states that they have read and accept the provisions above.

Likewise, the user states that they have read and accept the General Purchase Terms below and all the relevant special terms and conditions affecting the purchase of products at COLUMBUS ONLINE STORE, which shall appear on the relevant web page during navigation. After placing an order, within twenty-four (24) hours, the user shall get an email from WINGROUP, S. COOP. which shall serve as receipt of the purchase order.

The order confirmation, however, shall not be valid as an invoice. WINGROUP, S. COOP. reserves the right to cancel the usernames and associated passwords, and deny access to COLUMBUS ONLINE STORE, of users with outstanding debts with said cooperative.


Products: The products offered at COLUMBUS ONLINE STORE shall be shown on the website with a description of their features and price.

WINGROUP, S. COOP. reserves the right to choose the products made available to users/customers living in Spain at COLUMBUS ONLINE STORE. This means that WINGROUP, S. COOP. may, at any time, add new products to those already available, which shall be governed by the General Terms in force when they are added. Likewise, it means that WINGROUP, S. COOP. may, at any time, and without prior notice, stop offering any of the products available at COLUMBUS ONLINE STORE.

Price: All the products on offer shall have their prices shown on the web page. The prices shall be shown in euro (€) and they shall include value-added tax (VAT) and other applicable taxes. The prices shown on the web page shall be the current ones at the time when they are shown. Offers and discounts will be adequately indicated on the web page.




When you place an order at COLUMBUS ONLINE STORE, you can pay using any of the methods below:

Where do you want your order delivered?

Easy delivery. Reliability is our second name. Columbus delivers your order wherever you are: at home, at the office, at your holiday destination... Please include your mobile number and/or email address, so that we can let you know when our order has left our warehouse.
1. Get your order delivered at home or wherever you want. You will get your package sent to the address you indicate. It could be your home, your summer residence or your workplace. And if you are not at home when your order arrives, we will leave you a card so that you can contact our courier by phone.

From what countries can I place my order?
Currently, you can only place your order if you are living in Spain. However, the online store will soon be available in France, Italy and Portugal.

When will my order arrive?
Columbus undertakes to deliver your order within seven (7) days.

What are the shipping costs?
Shipping is free in Spain, except in the Canary Islands and the Balearic Islands.




Customers have seven (7) working days after delivery to withdraw from the purchase agreement. The shipping costs for items returned to COLUMBUS ONLINE STORE shall be paid for by the customer. It shall be understood that the customer has read and is aware of their right of withdrawal all throughout the shopping process at COLUMBUS ONLINE STORE, which entails the reading and acceptance of these General Purchase Terms.

Before returning an item, you must send an email to COLUMBUS ONLINE STORE at or call our Customer Service Centre at (+34) 902 361 271, indicating your order details, and your name and surname. Returned items that COLUMBUS ONLINE STORE has not been notified about will not be accepted. Once your return has been authorised by our Customer Service Centre, you must send your item with the corresponding receipt or invoice to WINGROUP, S. COOP.’s registered office, at Urarte kalea 26, 20570 Bergara (Gipuzkoa), Spain.

Returned items must be sent by registered email or courier, with courier insurance for the value of the items. COLUMBUS ONLINE STORE shall not be liable for lost or damaged returned items. Returned items must be sent in their original packages, in mint condition and with all their original accessories. Returned items that look damaged, used or incomplete shall not be accepted. Once a returned item reaches our office, it shall be inspected by our technical staff and, if they see that everything is all right, you shall get a refund within thirty (30) days. COLUMBUS ONLINE STORE reserves the right to refuse a refund if the returned items do not meet the requirements above.
