The harness is attached to the tube by a large velcro and to the seat thanks to adjustable straps with buckles. On the top , a bungee cord provides extra storage.
Once the harness is attached, it is very easy to put and get out the dry bag and it can be used as a sort of meseenger bag thanks to its detachable shoulder strap..
